Ogden’s George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park will turn into a Carnivore Carnival for Halloween! The Park will be covered in family-friendly Halloween décor and thousands of strands of lights, offering little witches and goblins a unique trick-or-treating experience. It’s a must-see stop for families in Ogden during the month of October, and it’s the only time you can visit the Park in the dark!
Carnivore Carnival is open for two weekends: October 17, 18, 19, and 25, 26, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Paid admission includes candy, prizes, 5 or more volunteer-led carnival games, and the Trek or Treat—a scavenger hunt full of prehistoric creatures. Community Partners and Park friends will be dressed up, offering treats and carnival games each night during the event.
The Carnival also features a costume parade! Please come dressed in your best Halloween costume. The parade begins at 8:00 PM each night of the event. Prizes will be awarded for exceptional costumes!

Carnival Admission- Discounted Admission Special Event prices apply ($3 for adults/ seniors, $5 for children 2-12 yrs.) Members receive 50% admission discounts ($1.50 for adults, $2.50 for children) on special event prices. The Park does not accept coupons or other offers during special events.
